I agree with the comment above. The pharmacist will be able to tell you if the medicine's effectiveness is going to be diminished if it's taken too close to eating.

Scrambled egg with two slices of turkey bacon. Salad with a tuna packet. Muller Greek yogurt. Smoothie made with almond milk & frozen blackberries. Mike & Ike candies.

Hi Caro! I'm taking 88 mcg Synthroid and 10 mcg Cytomel. My endocrinologist started me at 5 mcg once a day, but that didn't seem to do much so now I take 5 mcg twice a day. I was on Synthroid only for the first few years. Like you, I'd have the dosage increased but still felt bad. I think the meds and the diet are working…

What they said about the minerals, but you might also consider having your thyroid checked if that keeps happening. Foot and leg cramps were one of the symptoms of my hypothyroidism.

The only thing left to add is that it does get better over time. They will get used to you eating your own stuff, not their takeout lunches and goodies, and they'll stop bothering you about it.

Adrenal fatigue can also do that to you. I know some people don't believe in adrenal fatigue but you might want to read up on it.

I'd be happy to lose 2 pounds in one week. I'm 45, I've been tracking since early November and have lost almost 30 pounds. I have another 50 or more to lose. Add me if you want.

I have to say that I love that guys are chiming in on this! Although, if I think if I tried a different razor I'd probably slip and cut myself and die a horrible death in the shower.

I get what you're saying. I wasn't talking about binges, though. I don't know if it's part of the aging process, or if it's due to a couple of medical issues I have, but it is true for me that I need to eat as well as possible to continue losing.

I wonder if French vanilla tea would do in a pinch? You might have to add milk to get the creamier texture you're used to. Otherwise, I think the others were right when they said get the smaller one and enjoy it.

For me, it does matter. I can't lose as well if I have candy or junky stuff, even if I'm under my daily goal.

What Chelle said about fruit and oatmeal, and water of course. I also started using a probiotic - for me, Align works much better than Culturelle.
