Ok goal for the month. 10,000 steps a day. Maintain omad within my calorie range. Lose 2 lbs per week.

This looks great! I love the idea of adding the smoothie. I love smoothie's and I have been missing them. You can get alot of fiber in there. I usually try to add ground flax seed for more fiber

I have been gradually going this direction and now I am going all in. Goal lose 5 pounds, walk 10,000 steps a day have a successful splurge day on Easter Sunday. (that is convenient) Do weights at least 2x per week.

Thanks for the update. Way to go setting goals. Writing down has helped me. I am 51 and the weight has steadily creeped up. For health reasons I need to lose and just to fit in my clothes.
