Afternoon check in.. I am dragging. I already consumed my calories for the day ugh! I think it is the cloudy weather, my butt is dragging. Did I say that already. I am going to hit the gym this evening then maybe I can eat a small bowl of chilli that my hubby is making for dinner.

Friday's hard eating wise. A hard week of work and you just want to throw in the towel cuz your tired and you want to celebrate the end of a week. I am hanging in there. One good thing is sweets are not as appealing. I'd rather have homemade stuff versus a plastic tasting candy bar.

Checking in at 3 ish. I have reached for cookies at work 2x this afternoon and thus far I have been able to walk away. I am heading to the gym after work and dinner is left overs so I just need to have some discipline.

I'm checking in for the day/weekend. Yesterday went really well. I had 14,000 some steps. Today, I need to stay off carbs and sodium for my weigh in tomorrw. I'm checking in for the day. I got my steps yesterday, on track for today. On track for water and eating yahoo!! NOW I just have to hold the line from now until the end of the day. I have dinner planned so that is helpful.

I'm checking in for the day. This is the rough time for me. I didn't eat too well yesterday. Snacking on way too much cheese while cooking dinner. Ugh and I felt it last night into this morning. I did get my steps yesterday and I am on track by walking this morning. I have had a good day eating thus far.
