I gained 20lbs by just not saying no to my boyfriend whenever he wanted something and I used to give in. Either eat smaller portion sizes or just get the willpower to say no. There's nothing else to it!

Any soda, if drank every day constantly with nothing else, is going to be harmful for you in the long run! My goal weight is 135lbs. I've got an hourglass figure anyway, so I think once I hit that I'll look good and definitely a lot better than I would at the lowest weight range! Though it really does depend how I feel when I get there :) I'm 5'3" by the way.

My boyfriend is like this, but he has a food phobia! His diet consists of fried chicken, chips, packet noodles, some chocolate bars, energy drinks, some packet of crisps and porridge. Oh, and cheesecake! Odd thing.

I'm definitely not at 16% body fat! It's not my entire legs, I just assumed it was muscle on my quads since I can't pinch it (I'm a history student who never paid attention to biology!) so I have no idea what adipose is! Still, some advice might be nice :)

I have to agree with this too, and i'm short (5'3") and 210lbs! I've already had to tell them several times I'm not in denial. It's like they want me to stay large and unhappy! :grumble:
