I also use a mug and hot water.. the longer you let it set the thicker it will get.. good luck

I had gastric bypass 7 years ago and I have picked back up 24 lbs.. that is why I have a struggle with the 1200 calories. thanks for everyone help

I still dont get it... sorry... why workout if you have to eat it all back...what I have been doing is eating the 1234 and if I wanted something else I would eat some of the workout... I really ont think I can hold the extra calories.. I am never hungry thanks so much for all the help

I get a little over 1200 a day.. I go to the gym and burn 7 to 800 calories.. I make sure my 1200 a day is taken care of. If I ger hungry I will use some of what I burnt at the gym... Is this the correct thing to do??I never eat back what I burn at the gym

This is what I get on my home page... so I should have stopped eating at the 1230 calories... sorry I want to make sure I am doing this thing correct... I am getting mixed up because it tells me 466 calories remaining..thanks so much for all of your help 466 Calories Remaining Goal 1230 Food 1321 Exercise 557 = Net 764

So let me see if I understand this... I take my dailey calories...eat...- all the calories from my food...go workout burn 500 calories and then add the 500 back in...and eat more..

I worked out and said bye bye to 550 calories... now I feel like I would be wasting my time by getting them back :)
