My bf doesn't like peppers, onions or carrots. I tend to just cook onions as usual and if he doesn't like it he can pick the damn things out himself. You could try sweet potatoes instead of regular ones, what about other beans - mange tout? But there's soooo many veggies, he can't have tried them all.

You're the same height and weight as me and I have 1424 cal per day and eat back my exercise calories (I calculated my TDEE using sedentary for various reasons...) MFP gave me a 1200 cal goal too but I hated eating that little. I'm losing about the same amount of weight eating more food atm.
-
I've probably tried most things at least once...even fizzy drinks. And I hate fizzy drinks >< I guess there's a lot of stuff that's popular overseas i've never had though!
-
I put your info in here and it gives a TDEE of 1824 using light exercise http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html Or I guess if you use the sedentary TDEE of 1591 you should be eating back most/all of your exercise calories. Either way, TDEE-20% is 1429 including exercise or 1272 PLUS eating back your…

My last measurements were Hips: 37.75" Bum: 40.25" Thigh: 23.75" I don't mind having bigger hips really, I know when I lose the weight it'll be in proportion and I retain my hourglass figure. Equally I put on weight proportionally which is how I crept up 20lbs without noticing lol

If you reuse a lot of the food it isn't so bad, but buying expensive veg like asparagus for one meal obviously is a different matter. Like a 12 carton of large eggs will last me through several dinners and lunches, a bag of spinach will last about 4 meals, courgettes i'll use half per meal, etc etc. Yes it can get boring…

Tbh I just eat chocolate when I want it, as I keep calories to snack on after dinner. Usually little funsize bags of maltesers which are 98 calories.
-
I'm on a break from it now as my back's been hurting for a few days. You'll prob all catch me up :P Hoping to continue from L1 D8 next week
-
So I took a day off and exercised (with some modifications I thought would go easy on my back) yesterday, now it hurts again. I've been trying to research exercise I CAN do but some places say to go for a run, which is exactly what makes my back hurt in the first place. Jumping/running and twisting (getting on and off the…

I've bleached and dyed my hair so many times I can't even count. Just make sure you thoroughly condition it, try not to overwash your hair (every 2 days is best) and let it dry naturally if you can. It should feel normal again in a couple of weeks. My hair's been fine after bleaching once from dark brown, but just don't do…

I eat a 'fun-size' bag of maltesers like...every day. But i don't go over my calories so... /care. I need chocolate or I feel incomplete.

Student - so, whatever I want :P Starting work in July, which will then be...um..whatever I want (within reason)!

The first one, thought I prefer slim and toned. I'm actually not a huge fan of big muscles.
-
(yes, it is a Star Trek reference) I also have one on my thigh and a work in progress on my upper arm.
-
I would imagine maybe a side of their ratatouille / sweet potato mash with a 1/4 chicken wouldn't be too bad... Just an example though - I had 1/4 chicken with chips, coleslaw, pitta bread, a fair amount of sauce and fresh lemonade and that came to 1300 calories.
-
So much awesome.

My boyfriend isn't exactly on board with my weight loss but I cook all of our meals, and just add in things he likes. Like I made a veggie omelette yesterday and his half had sausages in it :P If he suggests a takeaway just say NO! Prepare for meals during the week so you feel obliged to use fresh ingredients before they…

Tbh my ideal size is a DD/E which you all seem to think is grotesquely huge lol. I'll be lucky if I shrink to an E tbh -_- great...
-
A lot of people who have completed it have said they didn't lose much weight but did lose inches!
-
Can't wait to see some of mine go... edit: that wasn't sarcasm :P
-
Well, granted my legs weren't too bad, it was mostly in my chest/arms I felt it, but I tend to find the more I sit around I sort of sieze up, so having a gentle(ish) walk seemed to help.
-
I just eat toast and peanut butter, or if I'm feeling crazy I'll have some weetabix. I'm so boring :P
-
I'm not really adding anything, stuck at home revising at my computer a lot of the time. I've noticed I have more energy though and I've been trying to do easy pushups at night because it bugs me that I can't do the full set with the dvd! Overall, I'm happy i'm back doing SOME exercise and hope I can add some more (not…

I had to force myself to go hungry for a while, as I was eating so much food it was hard to stay under my calorie limit. But now I get full much quicker after a few weeks of just telling myself no. I like cooking stews etc in the slow cooker with veg and lots of beans, they tend to keep me nice and full. Oh and omelettes!
-
Felt the same on Day 2/3 as you say, I felt so much better after taking a walk afterwards and also the day 4 workout this morning. If anything I feel like I need to do something else because I'm not aching enough! Pushing through really did seem to do the job for me.
-
I guess i'll see how I feel on Day 11 then! I do feel like I'm getting better already but it seems hard to believe i'll be able to do a session all the way through anytime soon. Abs are my fave part because at least I can lie on the floor and BREATHE.
-
Do you think it's worth staying on level 1 until you can run it through without a break? I'm only on day 4 but I can't even imagine doing it all without catching my breath. Especially on the pushups and side lunges, they kill my arms ><
