I find that scheduling meals and snacks makes sticking to my diet easier. If I get the slightest off track I end up cheating. I'm not always hungry when I eat but it keeps me from getting too hungry and binging. I've lost more weight doing it this way so why not try it. My body cannot be trusted...lol....

Thank you, but I wasn't really speaking of men in general, I've been told this many more times by women and family members....it seems to be a bit degrading when hearing it from a woman....most men compliment me on my eyes and lips and when they do so they seem very genuine....

sweets are my weakness....I've been way off track since the holidays started....the only thing I can do is to not even take one bite, just walk away....if I taste it I always want more and then I binge...bad me....

lmao...I'm so glad I didn't start taking Ambien when the doc prescribed it....I'm against most medication anyway, but one to make me sleep on nights like this was very tempting at the time...lol...

I hope that it changes. I feel like there's something wrong with me. Physically I feel healthier and able to do more, but mentally I'm worse then ever. I just want to love myself whether I reach my goal or not.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one. My husband is always over here snoring next to me as I stare at the computer screen most nights...lol. I'm all right when I get to sleep before 1am, but if I can't sleep after that I'm running on fumes when the kids get up and it sucks. Sometimes I take a hot bath, but it's so cold here…

sounds like a good plan to me...I would be doing chores, only I would wake my little men up...all 3 of them...the baby is a light sleeper, I can't even flush at night for fear of waking him...hehehe

I usually work out every evening, but I upped everything this past week or so and now I'm sore and need a break...I usually wear myself out working so hard but tonight I shut my eyes and try to drift off and I just can't turn my mind off...Books do the opposite to me...lol...I want to stay up and finish them once I start...

you look great...don't worry about .75 pounds...it'll keep coming off if you keep working at it...my weight fluxuates about 5 pounds...BTW you are shaped beautifully...you looked very feminine and pretty before your weight loss...
