  • This is the reason that you track your food! You will know that if you want to kick back and have a couple of beers they contain calories...albeit empty calories...but you have to account for those calories. How badly do you want it???
  • How old are you? If you are over 40 your metabolism will have changed slightly. How much of your caloric intake is carb related? Are they from veges and fruits or processed foods?
