28 years old :) 5'8 CW: 180ish GW: 150ish @ my healthiest (and most definitely happiest) I was approx 155... work outs consisting of 45min kettlebell classes 2-3x a times & A TON of walking. Here's to getting back to those old happy and healthy habits :)

Thanks! I do know the steps sync up...but with FitBit it also measure active minutes....so Im just curious if that will sync as well.

Don't weigh your self :) Go by the way your clothes fit & the way you feel....it's so easy to become obsessed with a number, trust me. And if you do weigh yourself - maybe just once a week on the same day first thing in the morning completely naked :) From what I hear that's the most accurate reading

I'd say just stick to making your own :) that way you know EXACTLY what's in it. Every morning without fail I whip one up consisting of frozen rasperries, a kiwi, a spoonful of yogurt, half a banana & some blueberries. Soooooo goooooood

MoreBean is right! I've been in dental for almost 10 years...just take it easy until you have the root canal done - I'd suggest maybe just some light cardio or something like that. p.s - make sure you get a crown on that tooth after the root canal ;)

Bah - I was hoping for some wonderful & magical cure! lol...I've been picking up on the fact it mostly is diet related...which is sometimes the hardest part! I can do situps for days but if the food im eatting is chalked full of sugar...itll do no good!

Sooooooo guess what I do for loosing weight & getting in shape?
