I suggest not being concerned with it until you're all better! Just take in lots of clear fluids or whatever you can handle - just get yourself better before you worry about what your calorie intake is. Take care and good luck.

No, that doesn't sound right at all! Not sure why it would tell you that...but don't eat 3600 calories! :) Until you get it figured out, I would suggest maybe sticking with the 1200 plus maybe eating back the calories (or part of) that you burn.
