just done this one for 60mins 70 days a week and got this

    NUTRITIONAL GOALS TARGET
Net Calories Consumed* / Day 3,600 Calories / Day
    Carbs / Day 495 g
    Fat / Day 120 g
    Protein / Day 135 g
*Net calories consumed = total calories consumed - exercise calories burned. So the more you exercise, the more you can eat!
    FITNESS GOALS TARGET
Calories Burned / Week 2,890 Calories / Week
    Workouts / Weekends 7 workouts
    Minutes / Workout 60 minutes

sounds pretty high can someone more experienced do the math for me to see if its right ?
  • No, that doesn't sound right at all! Not sure why it would tell you that...but don't eat 3600 calories! :) Until you get it figured out, I would suggest maybe sticking with the 1200 plus maybe eating back the calories (or part of) that you burn.

Hopefully this helps at least a tiny bit! Good luck!

The workouts you "commit" to in your settings do not change the calories you need. That is why exercise calories are added back in daily. It soulds like a tech problem.

Just played around with my weight loss/week goal and exercise goal and it was fine. I think you have a glitch!

Are you using the database or a HRM to track calories burned? I don't use the database because they are always wrong and too high of guesstimates.. I ordered a cheap HRM and calorie counter for that purpose.

O, hnevins I misunderstood. Not much I can do to try and see if I get the same problem, I'm on my phone sorry!

Hey Stacey! Hopefully this post will answer your questions. It’s lengthy, but it answered a lot of my questions on extra calories.

She isn't asking about exercise calories and if to eat them. It looks like there is a glitch where it is saying her calorie goal before exercise is 3600.

Make sure you put it as loss per week not gain. If that doesn't fix it I would check with Mike.

Maybe go back and re enter what you changed, maybe you transposed numbers or something silly like that? Close the browser between entries though to make sure it "takes".
