this make me feel better about stopping during sets...im on week 3 and everytime i stop i feel really guilty like im being lazy or something...i stop for about 10-20 seconds every 2-3 sets...is that alot?? oops! :(

i have a polar ft4 and i love it...so easy to use...and i see it as a sort of game to push my self harder to see if i can burn more calories than last time i did the class, it comfortable to wear too....cant go to a class without it :)

instead of 1 slice of normal bread for 100 cals. i swap it for hovis nimble bread which is 50 cals per slice...2 instead of 1! :)

thanks guys! that makes sense...i didnt even think about that!! thank you! ive set it to what MFP is telling me and then just wear my heart rate monitor and eat back the calories i burn :)

this is so true! but i hate it!!!! lol if it was the other way round i would weight 7 stone haha...i love food too much..just my luck that THAT is what mostly counts when losing weight :p

on my rest day of insanity....first week...its fun, sweat buckets...but i've put on 3 pounds! :S

just finished day 4 and im drenched in sweat...such a good work out but I worry sometimes that I wont see ANY results (just my luck!) but I figure...what are the odds of every single other person seeing results and not me??, so i'm going to stick with it :D just got to wait and see I guess..

im exactly the same, I only need to lose about 15-20lbs, and because i've lost quite a lot so far, people tell me that im going 'overboard' or too far' its hard when you hear it from both your friends and your family...

I had natural yoghurt with chopped cantaloupe and chopped almonds on top with a drizzle of natural honey...yummmm
