Hmmm...which one to choose?
so I'm 20 years old, 5'5" and I weigh 142 pounds.. my question is the calorie intake number on MFP is 1600 but I'm also doing insanity and the number on that is telling me 2,000!! How many days do you go to the gym??
hi guys, just wondering...how many days a week do you go to the gym or are you supposed to go to the gym? I go 5-6 days a week,, doing both cardio and weight training...but i've heard you should have at least 2-3 days off a week? am i doing myself more harm than good? I feel guilty when I dont go lol thanks :)
