so I'm 20 years old, 5'5" and I weigh 142 pounds..
my question is the calorie intake number on MFP is 1600 but I'm also doing insanity and the number on that is telling me 2,000!! A BIG DIFFERENCE!
which one would you guys recommend? if it was a smaller gap I wouldn't bother asking but this could be the difference between me losing weight and, well, not.
my goal weight by the beginning of April is 130lbs
thank you

MFP is telling you 1600 PLUS exercise calories.
I suspect by the time you add on your insanity calories the 2 numbers will be very similar.0 -
