Hmmm...which one to choose?

so I'm 20 years old, 5'5" and I weigh 142 pounds..

my question is the calorie intake number on MFP is 1600 but I'm also doing insanity and the number on that is telling me 2,000!! A BIG DIFFERENCE!

which one would you guys recommend? if it was a smaller gap I wouldn't bother asking but this could be the difference between me losing weight and, well, not. :(

my goal weight by the beginning of April is 130lbs

    MFP is telling you 1600 PLUS exercise calories.

    I suspect by the time you add on your insanity calories the 2 numbers will be very similar.

    thanks guys! that makes sense...i didnt even think about that!! thank you! ive set it to what MFP is telling me and then just wear my heart rate monitor and eat back the calories i burn :)
