thank you! :) i have another 1.5/2 stone to go..and exercise wise, i'm in love with les mills programmes so i do body step body combat body pump body balance body attack RPM And just rotated them whenever i felt like it...weight training is a MUST though...for me anyway :)

the before photo was when i was 12 stone, so 168 pounds...the photo of now is me at 10 stone, so 140 pounds :)

I LOVE MFP...i use it as much as i use facebook and twitter...and for a 20 year old student...thats a big deal haha :p

depends what you can handle....im doing insanity and it will definitely get you the results...however its not for the faint hearted...and the the workouts only get longer and much harder in month two...saying that...that is when 75% of the weight is loss...

pick things that you love...in the beginning i hated exercise...my career is singing and performing so to workout i did dance classes and zumba, then when i got used to it i did combat classes like body combat and tae-bo..and so on...now i do about 7-10 classes a week ranging from combat, weight training, spinning, body…
