hey guys im a bit worried....for the past six days ive been under my calorie needs, due to not having food in the house (student living haha)

im supposed to be eating 1,700 a day but i've been eating anywhere between 1,100-1,500 since last Saturday...i have shopping now...and a lot of it..but i was wondering if 6 days of being a lot under my goal would have stalled my weight loss..does this mean i wont really loose in this upcoming week because my metabolism will so so slow?

thanks guys :)

It takes much longer than that for low calories to slow your metabolism. Don't sweat it. :flowerforyou:

Also, if your deficit is too large you'll still lose weight. It's not a good idea because you lose muscle, which slows metabolism over the long run, but you will lose weight if you're under on your calories.

You can't wreck your metabolism in a week.

    And it's "lose," not "loose."

As you lose weight, your clothes get loose.
