alot of it was rubbish, but the personal trainers/interviewees gave some good fitness tips, and some good info on drinking and eating 'diet' products..whether its worth sitting down for two hours and watching...debatable.

BUMP just finished day number 2...i HATED the first day and wasnt looking looking forward to it at all, but after doing day number 2 I can kind of see myself getting addicted to it lol

I gained 2 pounds this Christmas...and i felt so bad I did a bit of internet shopping and bought INSANITY to get me back into routine :D Its crazy how guilty you can feeling from eating bad for 3 days! not to mention sluggish, tied etc...but ITS CHRISTMAS...IT ONLY HAPPENS ONCE A YEAR!!! god only knows, I might die…

I too think it's different for different people...I try my best to eat clean, so if its man made, i tend to stay away from it...no fast food, no junk. Mainly fresh and natural foods.
