  • Good Morning all! Good to see that everyone is doing great or at least we're trying! Haven't posted in a little bit. I was a bum on Monday and didn't begin week two until yesterday. W2D1 was pretty good. The only thing that got me through the extra 30 seconds of jogging was knowing that I had a nice long 2 min walk coming…
  • W1D3 completed!!! Now I'm wondering if I'm ready to graduate to W2 or repeat W1. I'll let my body decide on Monday. :laugh: Happy C25K'ing this weekend, I am off until Monday.

  • Ok, so I just finished W1D1 yesterday (still totally amped) Today my quads are sore, I can tell I did something different than my usual gym routine. Did anyone else experience this after starting the program? Maybe I am more out of shape than I thought :huh: Just curious. Thanks.

  • I'm ALL in!!! The weekends are horrible for me. Once I goof up on Saturday it turns into the "I'll start over Monday" routine. And so it goes....:blushing: this is my first week/weekend on MFP, so hopefully with this, it'll be a good one. Thanks!!!
