  • I'm on day 3 with my UP. I try to eat no more than 1500 calories a day right now, and am still slowly losing. The more I exercise, the bigger losses. I don't then eat the calories 'freed up'.   • My daughter and I will be handing out water at the finish line. She is mentally challenged, and this is something she looks forward to for a month ahead of time. Be sure to get there early because of the increased security.
  • Only started with Leslie's 'walks' last week, pretty much sticking to 2 miles this week... Last week lost 2.4 miles with healthy eating and 1 or 2 mile walks daily. Today was my first day with Leslie Sansone: Fast & Firm: 4 Really Big Miles, and completed the first 2 miles (including the 12 minute one)
