Water, coffee(1 cup to prevent headaches), Carrot Juice, Green Goodness, Blue Goodness (juices only (1) 6oz daily, green tea no sugar. Usually 8-12 cups of water daily.

Wow ....you are busy. I agree with you, everyone can make time if they are committed to change. Thanks for sharing. Love that you are including your family in your journey by having them eat healthy snacks and meals as well. Keep up the great work. I log mine in the morning for the day. I usually eat about the same thing for breakfast, lunch consist usually of a salad w/ protein (nuts or cheese, occasionally meat) no dressings. Snack fruit , nuts or veggies. Then I try to log something for dinner for the day to stay on track. ALWAYS make sure I make my initial food…

Totally agree here. Hard work and watching what you put in your mouth is going to do it. Water and lemon juice helps to detox, if that is what you are thinking.
