  • I see just dance on youtube, were they show a few choice songs, i tryed it and had fun with it, and worked up a sweat in no time. How many caleries do you burn on just dance, this site doesnt recognise it as exercise???

  • I dont have access to a scale right now, i always wiegh in on mondays, so i'll start then. As far as exercise, my plan is to exercise every other day, so it will be average of 4X a week, and i do mostly cardio, walking etc. low impact, caleries burned is caleries burned the way i see it.
