I'm heading out to Phoenix in January so I will treat myself with smaller clothes. Clothes are the best reward :)

30 day shred, lots of zumba, and bikram yoga. I need to bump that up to 3 times a week, I currently go twice. I feel so good after. I haven't been in 2 weeks and my body is so sore, it needs it so bad, and I can't go until Thursday. I use the treadmill too, to walk and run, but only if I haven't done zumba or yoga that day.

I did my level 1 day 1 this morning, after I did zumba. It was kind of tough! Tomorrow will be better as its probably the only workout I'll be doing.

I've never done turbofire so I can't compare but Zumba is a ton of fun and anyone can do it! I do classes 3 times a week, my instructor has a low-option and a high option. We have young people and old ladies in the class...and a few guys too!

I plan my treats, but do have the occasional 'oops' but I track it and move on. Its easier for me to not think of any food as off limits or a cheat.

I made a beef, brocolli and mushroom stirfry, and had 1/3 cup white rice with soy sauce. 502 cals including the mandarin I had for dessert.

I'm in....I actually started doing it two weeks ago but hurt my foot and haven't done it since. I was going to start fresh tomorrow.

I wouldn't worry about the carbs from fruits and veg.....its the grains you need to limit. Enjoy them early in the day, skip them at dinner. That's what I tend to do.

My scale does stone as well (I'm in Canada and I prefer to weigh that way alot, its much lower!) but its digital and doesn't seem to have a lowest stone amount. Scales should always start at zero, no?

Not yet, but I will....by the time I hit goal I will have lost 65 pounds and I'm already thinking my arms are going to look horrible. I'm 46 though....I am moisturizing my skin like crazy, hoping that helps!

I think its too little...my son is 5'8 and weighs 145, and I think he looks thing. He is more of a medium frame. If you think you look too thin....you probably are!

I'm 5'8" and my goal is 162....I can maintain that, did before for two years. I might like to go lower but I'm a slow loser because I like to eat and my weekly average weight loss is .6 pounds (which I am fine with...lost weight quickly the first time and gained it all back). I think I'm a small-medium frame.

Hey, I'm a cool kid....46 in less than 2 weeks, eek! I have 3 boys, 14, 16 and 18, looking to lose another 45-50 pounds (we'll see when I get closer) and I'm really into zumba and bikram yoga. Trying to get myself back into running, used to run 25 miles a week, hurt my foot, got better, but also got lazy :(

Yes....I had a few weeks of little movement on the scale but a dramatic change in measurements....I measure every month.

You work out a lot....have you been doing this just the past 12 days (longer now I'm sure, didn't notice the posting date). You are possibly retaing water in your muscles, be patient, it will come off. I would also take a rest day every four days....workout 3, reset 1, you need more recovery, IMO, with that intesity. I…

Level 1 day 2 done...missed yesterday because I was so busy all day and then had drinks with dinner and wasnt too coordinated, lol I'm glad pushups are in the beginning, upper body strength is not good!

Weird to quote myself but I bought it this afternoon and have L1D1 out of the way. Wasn't as bad as I imagined ;). I need to buy weight, did it with water bottles tonight.

I love feeling sore....I'm crazy! But walking is great, just gets the blood flowing. Just don't sit and do nothing!

I'd love to join, but can't start until next week - I'm on vacation right now (although I could buy the dvd here I suppose). I'll have a look today and maybe do it tonight! Why not, I need something to keep me active here :)

You have to read the label...I look for low sugar, low carbs...Greek Gods is my fave, I don't do low fat, and I love the one with honey but I buy the plain and add my own honey to make it less sweet. Its so thick and creamy, I love it.
