Im looking at trying it because I get bored of the same foods everyday and with my IBS i find it hard to digest some foods and this sounds interesting so thought I would try :) I tried an all protein diet and go sick and tired of eating meat/chicken/fish all the time I gave up!

I tried but played havoc with my IBS and I'm lactose Intolerant. Just try find a good protein shake where theres low carb and high protein. Its the same thing but try and drink it mostly with water.. less calories that way :)

Ive found wearing spanx or shaped underwear can help. Get it one size smaller than you actually are and your tummy 'trains' to look like the underwear. Also helps with holding everything in!

Also I've found 30DS to be more strength than cardio so its building muscle mass. Muscle inturn weighs more than fat so therefore you may find you stay the same or gain weight but loose those inches! Good luck xx
