Hi Danielle! I'm Diana. I'm also doing Isagenix in my 4th week. I've been taking walks around my town with my 6 month old and getting to the gym when time allows. If you don't mind I would like to add you as a friend on here! I need some new support on here and someone else that is also doing Isa!

I deal with this every day. My husband does not have hyperthyroidism, but just has a really good one and works really hard every day. He typically needs to eat about 5,000 calories a day. Our conclusion, HIS and HER cabinets. I'll make meals but then he can go into his cabinet and eat anything he wants from it. I just stay…

I thought going on a weekday was going to be nice, boy did I think wrong! There were samples everywhere! And this was a couple weeks ago. Maybe because it was in the afternoon? Kids were all over the place with their moms grabbing them up. I'm not as tempted to try the samples, never was a really big sample person.

Both? I prefer text and phone calls. But if you call me and don't leave me a voicemail, I won't call you back. I love talking on the phone, and I wish people would call me more. Things get misinterpreted over texts and emails. Heck, I would even love to have a mail sent letter to me. Nothing beats a wonderful heartfelt…

My husband is a hottie with a body. He has the abs, the butt, arms, everything! I normally wasn't attracted to that because of my bigger size and always thinking it was out of my league and I felt more comfortable with chubby guys before. That ws until I had lost a lot of weight (which I have gained most of it back but I'm…

I want to be healthy to start making a family with my husband once I graduate school. On the topic of being pregnant, I want people to notice that I have a baby bump and not just a fat stomach. Vain, but it's true.

More than one.

Just reading this heart-felt story made me bawl my eyes out. It's tough to mourn! Losing a friend or someone that is so close is always really difficult. Unfortunately we can never find out why we lose such great people too soon sometimes, but I like to think of it as someone I can always inspire to be that will constantly…

Depends. Just become someone may be at a healthier weight for their body does not necessarily mean that they are healthier than the individual that is 270 pounds. I have seen people that are in a healthy weight range and are extremely unhealthy compared to an individual that just got lapband surgery that weighs in at 260…

Of course! You have done great!! For me, I've gained a lot. You have maintained for awhile and then had the holiday gain. That's pretty darn good in my book! :flowerforyou:

I had pizza. I had been good all week. But by the time I was able to get to my lunch break I was ravenous (stupid me didn't stop to eat my orange and yogurt for breakfast!). I didn't feel like eating my Progresso I brought, so I had the pizza smothered in mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage, and peppers. I could have done way…

My husband and I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe in May and I LOVE IT! The warranty is great, and the SUV is really nice. Gas isn't too bad either considering SUVs are usually gas guzzlers. We talked the price down a bit and got it for the price of the higher end Tucson.

You have food as your picture.

Hello, feel free to add me. I can relate with trying to focus on myself and be in school. I also work full time while I study at an on-line university. You must have your hands full with three kiddos! Best of luck!

I second Joe. My first year of NS I lost 82 pounds. I've gained most of it back due to going back into my horrible habits. The food wasn't all that bad. I mostly stuck to it. I went back to the program a second time and just couldn't stomach the food again. Here I am.

I'm from the suburbs of Philly. Glad to hear you're doing well! I'm getting back on track.

Have you ever looked at an image of adipose tissue? It looks like little white balls (which are cells). These cells are what is filled with fat. We all are given a certain amount of fat cells when we are born. How full they get is up to genetics, diet, and so on. When you are losing weight, those cells are starting to…
