When I was at my thinnest I had a teeny tiny waist. I loved it and I loved how I looked in bikinis and tight dresses. I want almost all of it back (I was a little too skinny at one point, but I honestly could barely afford to EAT then :frown: ) It's shallow, but hey, if being selfish/shallow helps make us a little…

I have a lot of my co-workers who are looking to diet pills and fads to lose weight. I am printing this and posting it our lunchroom! You look super amazing fantastical! Congrats on your awesome transformation!

I am not much of a big candy person anymore, so that's most likely not going to be an issue. I'm also almost neurotic about keekping my teeth clean, lol! The issue I would have with halloween parties would be pastries and alcohol. I love cakes/cookies which can be just as bad as candy, and alcohol makes a huge difference…

Yes.... It's just so easy to be caught out at the mall food court or sucked into going to a place that has delicious, but not very healthy food. Not to mention food trucks are everywhere now!

What is your current workout routine and daily calorie goal? I would start trying to plan out your meals for the day in advance. I've been doing this for the past week or so (not including weekends) and it really helps to see all of your calories that are already spoken for and what you will have left. It also helps to set…

rainymood.com always has helped lull me to sleep. I also make myself a strong brew of chamomile tea (looseleaf) with milk and honey in it for those restless nights! Knocks me right out and is delicious and 100% natural!

Love quinoa! I like red a little better. I use it to add flavor/substance to egg scrambles. It's also great for stuffing bell peppers too!

I know you said sick of sandwiches, but I love nutella! I actually made myself 2 nutella sandwiches today (breakfast and lunch) with some Fiber One honey squares to snack on. I add some cinnamon to the nutella sandwiches and sometimes fruit, like strawberries or bananas! It's tasty and filling and kids will love them too!

I always do this now or check it on the MFP data base! :)

I just died from a little of happy inside... I am so making a ton of these and freezing them! :flowerforyou:

"And what are you even trying to lose weight for?" Uhg... Do I really have to explain why I want to be healthy?

I love Zevia soda! It's 0 calories and super low or no sodium! You can find it at Kroger, some HEBs and Whole Foods. It's sweetended with stevia, so it tastes differently from normal or diet sodas. It's the one soda I will have that does not wreck your diet at all!

I like taking any of my favorite recipes that have pasta or noodles and replacing them with shiritake noodles. Try pan frying them before using the, for little bit to held get them a little more tender. Also, I find they are better for chinese and thai recipes than they are for italian recipes with marinara or white cheese…

I was about to search for a butternut squash soup recipe! this is perfect, thanks!

I like to get dried spices (garlic, basil, rosemary, parsely, ect) and season the chicken with it to taste. Just make sure you're using base spices, not the blends unless you are making sure it's the no sodium & no MSG types. I season the chicken, sprinkle a little parmesan or other cheese on it (very little cheese though)…

This looks amazing! May try them in Honey BBQ instead though!

Coffee does the trick, but I also like the drinkable probiotic yogurts

This sounds good! I'll have to give it a try!

I like to think of it at a great stew/chili/soup that is delicious and pretty nutricious. It's absolutely not going to cause any miracles but its perfect for a drizzly winter morning!

<-- That is my kitty Miaka (Mia for short). Mia is my adorable little blue! I don't know what I would do without her sometimes. She's a little miracle worker who turned my husband into a cat person! She's 6 years old. I had another kitty named Neeko, but he passed away 2 years ago from cancer. Mia was there to console me…

Oh! I saw this recipe last year too! It's really good and even my husband loves it! I made a few tweaks to it to make it a little zestier and have more spice! Here's the recipe with my changes to it: 1 3/4 lbs of turkey. We always use the turkey. 1tsp olive oil 1 large sweet onion peeled and chopped. 2 large red, yellow, or…

^This! I do this too, but I get the sugar free kind and add stevia if I want it sweet. Also, if you have blueberries or fruit that is washed and prepped the day before, just bring it in a bag to work with you to add to the oatmeal. I've also been getting the Emerald's Breakfast on the go. They are pretty tasty, but they…
