Wheat Belly diet is mostly for ppl who are messed up by GMO wheat. It can make ppl who do not have celiac very sick, bloats them horribly, and constipates them. If wheat doesnt bother you no reason not to eat it

Belly fat is usually the last place we lose from. Keep a deficit and continue losing weight and it will go down. :flowerforyou:

1400 is already a deficit. eating too low of calories will not be good in the long run. try to eat some exercise calories back

Instant oatmeal with protein powder works for me. 1 or 2 packets with half a scoop :D

Counting cals is the only way I have ever been able to lose weight and I will probably have to forever and im fine with that. It gets easier the longer you do it :flowerforyou:

When you are in a deficit and suddenly eat a lot more for a day or 2 it must give you a metabolism boost. I do this ever so often and it helps me go down a few lbs. :drinker:

I had thanksgiving with my boyfriends grama wed. and my fam on thanksgiving day. 2.6 lbs up today lol who cares. it will come back off! I ate all the nomz :drinker:

the serving size of ice cream is ridiculous so i dont even bother.
