I'm 4'11. I've been logging for about 280 days. I started at 196, I"m currently at 160. Slow, but it's starting to show.

I think it also depends on what kind of weight loss plan you are following. Like weight watchers, a lot of the veggies are free, so if you know it's a free veggie and you don't feel like logging it, don't. I would think just out of habit, logging it would keep you in that habit and you can see exactly what you're taking…

I've always been told to add the calories I burn during exercise and eat them back. I have done this the last 3 months and have successfully lost weight.

My husband 'complimented' me this morning, at least I'm sure he meant it as a compliment. He said, you're losing, I can tell, I"ll be able to pick you up in no time. lol. Great.

Absolutely, why wouldn't you? Calories are calories. If you don't log them, what's the point in logging anything?

I'm not sure if this will work, my first picture. I"m going into my 3rd month. I've only lost 12 pounds, but I feel a lot better. Not much difference in the pics that I can tell

My nephew told me to try kale chips, so I bought some to try. I've never eaten kale before. You all are getting me excited about fruit. Looks like a dehydrator is in my future!

sweet potato chips sound really good. I never thought about trying it out in the oven first.

I'm sitting at work in a room with 4 other people besides myself, and I stopped everyone just so I could read this statement. I will now refer to my daughter as my beloved crotch fruit lol

I took it about 10 years ago and lost 30 lbs relatively quick. I can't take it now as I get very jittery, I"m unable to swallow and it has caused me to have a problem with heart palpitations even now 10 years later.

I switch it up from turkey/ham and roasted chicken with pepper jack cheese. Then I get spinach, onion, pickle, tomato. Sometimes I have them sprinkle some black pepper. I never get any dressings.

What really bothered me today as I was pulling into the gym, was someone who had to hurry and pull in front of me, came so close to hitting someone that she dropped her stuff, just to get a close parking spot. It's a GYM, a little walk won't hurt you.

My new favorite snack is a handful of Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds Dark Chocolate flavor. They are HEAVEN. I get my sweet and healthy at the same time.
