I recommend HRM with the chest strap. This gives you the advantage of switching from running to walking to dancing to weight lifting and still have your calories being counted. Chest strap definitely is the way to go.

Starting Weight: 234 Goal Weight: 145 Current Weight: 213.6 Total Exercise for Week New Week Goal: (ie burn 1000 calories a day drink more water, etc). 1500 calories net. Week Challenges: Maintain control and positive attitude.
