that's what I figured. My mom is the one who told me that soy would be the death of me,lol. But I love soy milk, and have started drinking soy milk instead of cowmilk, also for lower calories. I think she just believes everything she reads on the internet before doing more research,lol.

Thanks, I was just looking for input as my mom is on this whole go low card for 10 days thing. And I am a bit skeptical about it, as I see it as a quick fix, and I don't see it going anywhere unless you do it long term(which I wouldn't). I also never go over my carbs for the day, so I think I am doing good.

I totally do that to, I always make sure that the fruits and veggies are kept out in the open so I will eat them every single day with each meal or snack, great tip!

Yea, I've just started to learn that I must find alternatives to running. Where I run is all hills, and it can get pretty icy, and the last thing I want is to be stuck on a treadmill so my winter training may switch up a bit.

Not sure what I will reward myself with. My major goal will definitely be clothes, but I won't buy clothes for mini-goals because I plan to not fit in them. Diet pop is horrible for you, actually, all pop is. I try to stay away from it at all costs. It sounds like maybe you have a caffeine addiction? If that's the case, maybe drinking tea would help with the headaches, and would be much better for you.

Yea, more so a cheat meal I suppose is what I meant. I don't think I could ever cheat my whole day. Now, even when I eat one bad thing, I feel bad. However, I have planned a day in a few weeks that I get to have a cheat meal, and I think mcdonalds is coming my way.hahaha.

I have also quit smoking. Best thing I have ever done since I have begun this journey to lose weight. I definitely do not need to be wheezing when I am running!
