I do agree that 700 calories is low. you are starving your body of nutrients. in order to maintain a steady metabolism you need to eat approximately every 4 hours. 1200 calories is the absolute lowest you can eat and still get all of your nutrients. please consider this as you are doing more harm to your body when you put…

homemade is the way to go, take 10 minutes the night before to prepare a meal. when you cut all unnecessary sodium from your diet, you will see and feel the results. anything frozen is going to have mass sodium in it. I barely eat frozen foods anymore(aside from yogurt) and when I do, it makes me feel yucky!

OKAY.. I just want to ensure anyone replying to this post. I AM NOT GOING TO QUIT MY JOB. I am not a moron,lol. I have bills to pay just like everyone else, not to mention that I have a boyfriend that would not be able to pay the bills on his own. I would definitely not leave until I had another job lined up.

Well, I'm in Canada, we haven't experienced that much of a cut in jobs. lol, and as for my "husband" I'm only 20, we're not married and he's going back to school. Call centers are the easiest place to get a job here, but there is a reason for that, because they have a high turn over rate. I actually am waiting for the news…

I joined a gym, and have been going 5-6 times a week. I have also cut my calories to 1200-1500 a day.

looks exactly like how I started, a bit less, but I have the tummy pouche, and would really like to be rid of it. I would say if you are happy with where you are at, try to maintain, and if you want to lose some more and tone, go for it!

I personally don't believe this one bit. Thinking about eating, smoking, or any kind of addiction will make you want it, that is just how the addiction centers in your mind work. You need to keep yourself busy, and not focus on doing whatever it is that you are thinking about.

i think there is a difference in how people carry their weight..I wouldn't mind being curvy at all but I hate how my weight is distributed. My bf says he loves my body, but I hate it. I still think that even when i get down to 130 I will be very curvy

Find a gym buddy, my bf and I go to the gym together and we motivate each other. The gym and eating healthy has become our hobbie. My motivation to keep going has to be thinking about the work out I did, and not wanting to mess up the great day I had. I also feel sooo much better after working out and eating healthy.
