Hi! I have been on here for a couple of months now and I love the site!!! I never thought I would enjoy tracking my food :), but I guess when you are going in the right direction it's not so hard. So far I have been getting motivation from reading other people's posts but haven't posted myself. I would love to make some new friends on here, as I see how inspiring so many of you are. I am 47.8 pounds down so excited about my on going weight loss.
My next goal is to start exercising more...I have only been getting myself to the gym about once a week, and I know that is not enough. My weight loss is starting to slow down a bit and need to step it up! Any tips in this area would be appreciated. Anyway please add me :)

Find a gym buddy, my bf and I go to the gym together and we motivate each other. The gym and eating healthy has become our hobbie. My motivation to keep going has to be thinking about the work out I did, and not wanting to mess up the great day I had. I also feel sooo much better after working out and eating healthy.

Hey, Getting to the gym was difficult for me as i'm a single mom, so I started with doing home videos, I started with billy banks, moved up to Jillian, and now i'm on to insanity. Thats where i would start if getting to the gym is difficult.

Reference "healthy, crunchy snacks", a very health-conscious friend of mine eats this granola as her treat:
Erin Baker's Wholesome Baked Goods - Ultra Protein Granola Power Crunch: Peanut Butter N' Honey, 1/8 cup
Calories: 48; Carbs: 6; Fat: 2; Protien: 2. Remember, this is only 1/8 cup, not the whole cup. Maybe you can munch on it.
    :drinker: (lots of water)
