I just did day 1 of Level 2, and my lower abs are really sore! I think level 2 just works abs way more than level 1... which is good to switch up muscle groups!

Just found this forum and I started the Shred last week, tonight will be day 6 of Level 1! Measurements from when I started it: Bicep 10.25, bust 37.75, waist 30, hips 38, thighs 22.5. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who struggles with the side lung & lateral raise!

I used to use NB then switched to Asics.. I will never buy anything else! They are so light, and the sole has gel in it so I never have pain in my knees or hips after running. I suggest going somewhere that guarantees their sales- I got mine at Nordstrom and they gladly exchanged my NB for Asics!
