Do something! Or allow yourself some calories for a light snack (air-popped popcorn, a glass of milk, etc)

Work out again! And heating pads if it's really bad. Or hot tub. Or a bubble bath :) Stretching also helps a lot.

I would advise sitting down with a nutritionist or a doctor. They should know how to help you work with your medications to help you eat healthy and the correct amount.

I run 3-4 miles 3-4 days a week and lift 2 days a week. There's nothing wrong with doing both. I like lifting because it uses the muscles I don't during running and it's how I work out my arms. Try looking up ballet barre exercises. I danced for 13 years and nothing has ever compared to the exercises done at the barre. It's all strength and control. Plus, while you're working your legs, a lot of the time you're improving your balance and core.
