quesadilla explosion salad? lol, Chili's isn't even trying anymore But yes OP, it's hard to believe how many people generally have zero clue about eating properly, portion control, etc. Salads with chicken tenders, bacon, cheese, and ranch dressing are definitely going to have a ton of calories.

Just because she eats junk food is no excuse for being fat. She is overeating and consuming to many calories.

If you are drinking 10-12 beers every day you're an alcoholic. I was there a year or two ago, and i am 10 years younger than you. I'd suggest AA

The point is, it sounds like she has a drinking problem based on her OP. She admits she drinks excess, but refuses to change because she enjoys it too much.

So you called him out for having a drinking problem and then loudly proclaimed that YOU DON'T. Yet, you admit to binge drinking and saying you refuse to change? Sounds like someone's in denial about their own drinking problem, just sayin'

He gave you an honest and true answer, no need to be so sensitive. From the OP, it sounds like you are looking for validation for excessive drinking as you stated you refuse to give it up. You need to make a decision on what is more important to you, booze or your fitness goals?

People are wayyy to sensitive. A lot of the time these threads are people starting topics looking for validation for their poor decisions.

It is a good time. Fun atmosphere, friendly staff, decent food. If you cannot enjoy settings like this, I'd not recommend it.

You can eat all the protein and "healthy" food you'd like, but the fact is you are eating too many calories, which is preventing fat loss.

2250 calories seems like a lot to be be cutting on, especially since your form of exercise is going on walks. what is your height and weight?
