I have a Polar FT4. I weigh 233 pounds and i burned 1167 in 93 min the other day. It was 20 min stairmaster and 20 min elliptcial + Abs, Back and Triceps workout. The junk day/dinner is more there for me as a mental goal each week to say "you don't need this today you can have it sunday" and then i look at it as a little reward for my hard work. by the time sunday comes i've forgot about half the stuff i wanted anyway and end up ordering a veggie pizaa that isn't even that bad lol

i'm down 85 pounds in 7 months, My goal is to be done in 9 months! I GOT this! but i definately work for it (My HRM says i spent 876 hours working out last week for a total of 9436 calories. And this is pretty much how every week has been for the last 6 months.
