I don't record my strength training here. I find that it's easier to keep a handwritten log if I'm trying to track the weight/sets that I'm lifting. Here, I record it as cardio - strength training to calculate the exercise calories. The strength training tracker doesn't calculate calories burned.

Hi there! Former smoker. I quit in April 2011 and while it was a struggle and I did gain a little weight, it was totally worth it in the end. Are you planning on quitting cold turkey? Feel free to add me if you like :smile:

I second dressing up. Sometimes I'll dress up and do my makeup and hair even if I'm just hanging out at home. Also, getting a haircut/style and/or a mani/pedi can work wonders!

I'm a relatively new aunt with no kids, so I put aside $50 for each kiddo. I don't buy anything for my siblings, just the kids. My Dad gets a card in the mail, and my budget is between $25-$50 for my Mom. My SO gets spoiled....$400 for him this year. He spoils me too though :)

OP- you sound like you are already pretty tiny. Don't worry about something so silly as a 'thigh gap' because as others have already stated, it has more to do with bone structure than anything else. Second this--So good! Other suggestions: Hard boiled eggs/egg whites Low fat cottage cheese Greek Yogurt with fruit I also LOVE steamed broccoli with red wine vinegar and salt/pepper/italian seasoning. It's really low calorie so you can eat a lot of it.

How much are you eating? I've found that when I restrict too much it leads to binging. Maybe try eating more during meals to stop the binges? Also, keep healthy food around so that when you feel the urge to binge you have healthier options. If it is really bad, you may want to try some counseling. There may be deeper…

I wear them (I'm obv a girl) to keep my hands from getting destroyed by the bar when lifting heavy weights. It's definitely not a fashion thing ;) ETA - While I don't like a man with soft hands, I also appreciate a man who's hands aren't super rough or ripped.

I keep it to the weekends, but then I tend to go overboard (read getting drunk and being lucky that I have a SO that takes care to assure I make it home safely). The stories are pretty classic lol. It's definently a problem but not one I'm willing to address for the time being. I can't imagine being sober at a bar :)

For stir fry I like to use chicken stock as a base and add soy sauce, chili sauce, green onions, etc. Get creative and experiment to find different flavor combos.

I highly doubt you'd be the only person eating from a veggie tray! Seriously, I think they are one of the best appetizers to have at a party because it is guilt-free and really tasty (especially with a variety of dips like ranch and hummus!)
