As far as foundation goes, try Revlon Colorstay in Combo/Oily. That is the ONLY foundation that will last on my oily skin! Every other type melts off within 2 hours. Colorstay lasts all day at work.

I really try hard to keep my carbs at around 45%, but I have a really rough time with it. I eat oatmeal for breakfast and an apple everyday, so the carbs really add up quickly! Hi all! I saw the link to this in the NTHG main thread. I've been wanting to try out hiit but have been a little shy to start. Liz - 5'2" 110lbs Main Goal - decrease body fat Challenge - replace steady state cardio with HIIT 3-4 times a week. I will be doing my HIIT on the elliptical. Wish me luck!

Do you burn more calories with HIIT than with steady state cardio? I know it is supposed to be better for fat burning, but is it also better for burning calories?

I can't speak from personal experience, but a girl that I work with actually cut out all sugar (besides those found in fruits/veggies etc) for a whole month! Now she doesn't add sugar to anything and can actually taste sweetness in things that I didn't even know were sweet.

Woohoo go you! Cold turkey makes the nicotine withdrawl go by quicker... It's like taking off a bandaid! Gets all of that junk out of your system in the first two days and then just deal with the habit part! Good luck!
