I don't think you'll gain if you keep everything else the same. The reason I gained weight is because I ate a lot more.

For snacks, I like apples, raisens, cocoa roasted almonds, trail mix Easy Healthy Dinner- Chicken breast, salsa, and a can of beans in the crockpot on low seasoned with chili powder

Group fitness is my favorite for cardio. I love Zumba, Kickbox Cardio, etc... It keeps me motivated to feed off the energy of other people. I also enjoy runs every now and then to clear my head.

It is richer / thicker. The difference is more in the texture not the taste IMO. Lots more protein too!

Unfortunately you can't target fat loss. Do all the crunches you want, you won't see abs until your overall bodyfat is lower.

I'm never that hungry for breakfast, so I usually only eat my oatmeal for 160 calories with coffee. I am starving at night and I tend to snack a lot in the afternoon, so this works for me. I won't eat bread after 8pm though.

Switch up your exercise routine. For example, if your regular cardio is the elliptical, try taking a Zumba or spinning class.
