Nice!! I did my first one in January -- only goal was to keep running (which we did!), and the my time was about 2:21. I'm planning to run the same one next year with a time goal -- I was thinking anything under a 10min/mi pace would be good... Any tips on how you trained, avoided injury, etc?

Use boneless chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces with Buffalo 'Shake and Bake', prepared per package directions (shake the pieces in the mix, bake for 20 minutes).
