For a 1 night stand maybe but not over the long term. You might be eye candy but unless you can hold an intelligent conversation, among other things, then the looks mean nothing.

I scanned my medications and vitamins for sh!ts and giggles too and realised that there are quite alot of vitamins and medications containing calories. What are these whey protein shakes that you all keep mentioning? Call me stupid but I'm new to all of this diet / exercise stuff and still working it all out. I read somewhere that there are two protein shakes, one for losing weight and one for gaining muscle, is that true?!? Obviously I don't want to bulk up!! lol
