Light Weights
I'm fairly new to exercise and fitness but am wanting to start doing some light weights at home with the use of dumbbells, purely for toning. Can anyone suggest some good workouts, including how many reps etc I should do? Thanks in advance :happy:

Pre / Post Workout Food
What does everyone typically eat before and / or after a workout? I always like to have something in my belly before working out and I am always starving afterwards but unsure on what to eat that will be filling but healthy. Any and all ideas welcome! :smile:
