i eat 1600-1700 per day, eating high protein, moderate carbs, and low fat.

make sure you're eating the RIGHT calories. sure, you'll probably lose at 1300 eating whatever you want. But if you eat lots of protein, moderate carb and watch your fat intake, you shouldn't be hungry. Whole grains and lean proteins are the way to go!

I am on metformin for PCOS. It does decrease my appetite so that I am able to stick to my 1400 calorie goal, but I for the most part always hit my goal. Maybe instead of trying to eat MORE, eat more calorie dense foods like nuts which are small in weight but normally higher on the calorie end.

way to go! You look so much happier :)

I normally have 1-2 "bad" days and will take those off. But I normally take 1-2 days off a week anyways. Sometimes I don't feel like doing my usual work out, but I atleast walk or use the elliptical.

awesome job!!

1. Someone asked me at the gas station if I was "expecting". 2. Planning a family, I don't want people to have to GUESS whether I am pregnant or overweight. 3. enough is just enough. Tired of being scared to open facebook when someone has tagged me in a photo

you look amazing! such an inspiration!!

I pack a lot of food, even more than I need, just in case I get hungry, I can choose from my healthy snacks I brought, instead of going to the cafeteria or having fast food.

you look awsome!!

you have to allow yourself a little of everything in moderation. If I have a "do not eat foods list", all I want to do is eat those foods!!

I'm in the same boat. I've learned that just because we go out, does NOT mean that I can't eat too. Eat off the kids menu, get a salad (but watch what dressing and toppings are added), if someone wants ice cream, don't deny your family. I've been much more successful this time around in losing and sticking to weight loss…

One of my coworkers this morning said "you just keep getting smaller & smaller, dont you?"

I started at 237. I am eating 1240 calories per day, but I usually eat back atleast 50% of my exercise calories, more if I'm hungry. I do a little combination of everything from ZUMBA, kickboxing classes, using the C25K app, and weight lifting. My goal is to work out atleast 5 days per week, even if its just 30 minutes. My…

I started taking them 2 weeks ago and it help me jump start my weight loss to get over the initial hunger pains, cravings, and headaches. I've lost 9 pounds since then and have just a few pills left because I only purchased 2 started packs. They do not make me hungry, but I also believe that now that I am used to not…

I log as I go, I found that if I waited until the end of the day, i had underestimated what I was taking in.

you're right, its not. Probably shouldn't have said that-- I was just very scared to post this question to start off with, and now I feel more self conscious than I did when I started.

way to go!! you look great!!
-
its very possible. I've only lost 5.5 pounds, but last night my trainer measured me and I've lost 10.7 inches all over my body combined. I recommend taking measurements along with checking the scale, especially if you are exercising.

Try adding things that are small in size but have nutrients & higher calories than normal so you don't feel like you are stuffing yourself but your body is getting what it needs. If I am needing extra calories some days I will add a serving of reduced fat peanut butter with my apple or banana, or have a baked potatoe with…

fruits & veggies keep my calorie intake low. You'll find out if your diet includes a lot of fruits & veggies you won't be very hungry because the amount you can eat is a lot larger than if you were to eat a serving of chips or anything else!
