I am 5'0 and currently weight 230ish. My goal is 140-150. I personally like being non-thin.. I just don't like being obese :) My husband would prefer it that way as well.

I have lost 10lbs and do not see any difference either, except my complexion has improved, but ultimately I do not see it. I am in the same boat as some of you. I weigh 230 right now and stand at a giant 4'11". My large goal is 120. Personally though, once I get under 200lbs will be a huge victory for me and 140 or even 150 will make a world of difference. But 120 is my goal, even though I too cannot imagine being that small.
