It is helpful to eat dinner between 2-3 hours before bed, so that you fall asleep easier. sometimes i find that a small snack before bed is helpful if my tummy is rumbling tho

whenever i am on the elliptical i put on some songs on my ipod that have varying beat tempos, so i pump my legs to the beat and switch it up with every song as it changes. it keeps me from getting bored and makes me feel more in sync with my body which makes my workouts go quiker

lean cuisines are pretty good dietary options, especially the ones with no preservatives. I find the most satisfying are their panini sandwichs, the meal options sound good but after heated they can be a bit dissapointing. but try em out and see what ya like, and maybe with the paninis add a lil snack baggy of fruits or…
