  • You'll find it's probably because cooked steak weighs less than when it was raw, so to get a 100g cooked steak you might have to start with maybe 150g of raw product - as water is lost during grilling.
  • Maybe they are very large and therefore taking up more space! I always go on weight for popcorn.
