Quite possibly the most ironic post I've seen today.

Only if you're doing a bunch of isolation exercises. Look into a compound lifting program, and you'll likely be in-and-out of the gym (or wherever you lift) in 30-45 minutes. Maybe 60. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10332083/which-lifting-program-is-the-best-for-you/p1

Almost. The full answer is "carrot cake."
-
Another thing to do/try is simply to hold the barbell for as long as you can at the top of the last rep of your last set.
-
Three fried eggs, on lightly buttered toast with a slice of cheese. Plus a cup of coffee (or tea).
-
And the little one in your pic some Jager, of course. Heck, let's make it easy and get some rum cake for everyone.
-
Did you then close it right in her face? Please tell me you did that.

That's pretty much how it works. How, exactly, did you determine your Calorie burn for your entire workout? I ask because the strength training burn depends on a number of factors that MFP doesn't really know and therefore isn't necessarily very accurate. As such, it might be a decent idea to only consume the Calories…

True, yet there is no "sadface" response for this, so:
-
Because fiber is for wimps?
-
Oh, yeah. I guess that makes sense.
-
Yes, we've heard of it. It's complete nonsense.

There's a pretty good beginner's machine-based program here: https://www.bodyrecomposition.com/muscle-gain/beginning-weight-training-part-4.html/ I'd suggest reading all 4 parts. However, if it's too much/heavy, just the program there is a good start.

And this is precisely why I like to read entire threads before replying. The bolded is nearly word for word what I was going to say. So, yes, theoretically it's possible that some people don't absorb/process all the nutrients properly. That's not a good thing, though.

I just took a gander at a couple of workout posts on your IG... ... No.
-
No. No. No. LOL is correct.
-
Chicken and broccoli. That might have something to do with the amount of chicken and broccoli I'm eating.
-
Did I notice a tat on the right lat? If so, what of? eta: Nice pull, btw.
-
Nah. It's just the Brit (and I think Aussie, too - maybe other places, as well) way of saying "non-diet" soda. Had me confused the first few times I saw/heard it.
-
Over/under on percentage of OP that actually happened? I'm gonna go with... 5%.

Teeth? I never got my adult 2nd bicuspids - I still have my babies (except the one that I had to have removed). I was surprised to find that this wasn't really uncommon.

I was told by a massage therapist that I reminded her of Harrison Ford. My wife <3 Harrison Ford, and she also <3 me, but she doesn't see it. Neither do I.
-
Who's the genius that came up with that name?
-
I was so excited when Krispy Kreme ended up near me, as I had heard such great things about their donuts. Then I tried them. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe my feelings.
-
Indeed!

6 weeks, and it's not significantly better? I'd go see a medical professional about this, just to see what all is going on. Sure, resting and trying to take care of it was fine. But I wouldn't think a brisk walk after 6 weeks should cause too much of a problem. Hopefully, just a little more time is required.
-
Yeah, that's pretty normal. Some people are fine, but I and most of the people I know either take the week off, or just go in for some light work the week immediately after a meet.
