If it's only two weeks, then don't worry about it. Especially if you know it's only water weight.

Glad to see you've all been inducted into the MFP Hall of Wackiness. Oh, and a volt is a volt, except when its a:

Um, you posted that on a Friday afternoon? :D :D :D

Give this thread a look and see if there's something that fits your needs/desires and uses equipment (if you need equipment - bodyweight is fine, too) that you'll have access to. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10332083/which-lifting-program-is-the-best-for-you/p1

I don't believe that's what she eats - rather, it was a suggestion for OP.

Just checked - the exercise database is still available. eta: I agree with the recommendation of just getting in whatever you can and not worrying too much about it.

Um, no. BMI is just a "measurement" relating weight to height. With BMI, you have no idea what you may have lost. BF% is what you'd want to track.

You mean, as in redhead? No such thing.

True.

 Greg isn't the one saying why bother. That's the article he's responding to. What your 2nd paragraph says is pretty much the point of Greg's response.

Creatine - the new ACV?

Creatine Daily multivitamin Fish or flaxseed oil

OMG, no. Forks Over Knives, What the Health, Nutritionfacts, and China Study - and all associated with those - should be ignored. They literally are some of the biggest piles of horse manure ever created.

If - big IF - OP is actually at 25% protein on a 1700 Calorie diet, she's taking in ~125 g a day. So lack of Calories and/or protein and/or fat (because keto) isn't the issue. So, yeah - talk to your doctor about this.

Absolutely not to the bolded. As has been asked, OP - how have you been measuring your Caloric intake?

Since I assume you're not eating the peel, weigh it peeled. It'll likely be easier to weigh the banana with the peel first, eat it, then weigh the peel. Of course, if you're taking it to work/school/wherever, that might not work. If the latter, someone did an experiment a while back -…

Don't waste your time. Pretty much everyone - including/especially vegans, just not those directly involved in the film - who have seen it recognize it for the huge pile of horse manure it is.

I thought it was any less than 15-20?

I was waiting - somewhat patiently - for what I dub, "Rabbit Poop." There it was, 3rd from the bottom!

I like fruit-flavored green teas. Lipton used to (or maybe still does, but I haven't seen it in months) a mandarin orange one which was my favorite. But all of the lemon (with or without ginseng) ones are good. Aldi has really good pomegranate-blueberry-acai green tea, too. I don't put anything in them, as I like their…

Farmed has more omega-3, contrary to what you claimed. You can also see that in the full reports of the links OP provided.

Yup. This is me, too. Occasionally, I'll go a day without, or 3x in a day, but usually once. eta: Since this the poo thread...

Nothing. This reminds me of a programming class I had back in school. The directions for this one assignment were very specific and clear. There were a couple of students that were "reading it differently" and couldn't figure out why they couldn't make their code do what was asked. I tried helping for a while, but when…

I usually use Broette.

LOL. I just saw this thread now, so you beat me to it.

In my n=1 experience, carbonated beverages haven't seemed to do anything to me with regards to hunger.
