Ahhh, to be 29 again, or 39, or 49, or 59 :) I think the real problem is that as we age we spend more time on our butts than on our feet. You won't go wrong following Jester's advice. All I'll add is find fun activities and do them frequently. "You'll rust out a lot sooner than you'll wear out."
