Dues nearly paid up on my 50 Mile Club membership this month so gonna stretch for 100(cough). :# Probably won’t make it but it’s a far cry from my 10 mile goal in January! :smile:

Lol, -50 even more so! The look you have on your face when you leave the house, whether smile or frown, is the same look you have when you get where you are going :D And have to agree that 0C is almost tropic warming in some icy winters!

1) The only time I avoided the scale is when I did not want to see the gain. Even if not losing as fast I I’d prefer, I still love to jump on multiple times daily and see the lower number I am now. This also gives me the normal daily fluctuations and weights of different clothes combos. 2)Disagree totally here. Losing…

Just an interesting note. Jillian Michaels diet plan is no limit on green veggies. Stock up on lettuce, celery, cucumbers, etc. Binge on those and you get full and actually feel great from all the phyto nutrients. Tomatoes are pretty low cal too and filling your belly with this veggie-food really maxes out around 100 cals.…

Just gonna disagree here. Been heavy and light, up and down over two decades and I am always happier at the lighter weights. Feel better, healthier, more energetic and yes happier. Get lazy and gain weight and the happy scale decreases. You would think that with all that positive energy at a lower weight, I would be able…
