How I need to adjust my swimming almost daily because the body floats different depending which fat disappears. It’s so annoying to have your midsection one day, then your butt the next day act as a floatation device depending on the type of swimming you’re doing when you’re trying to do laps!

Working in the yard and garden are the best! Always one more thing to do Lol. Shower, fall in bed. I usually have a juice from juicing in the fridge and it can even be a chore to finish that but great feeling to have the stuff done! Welcome @ariceroni

Just a couple of suggestions. First, if you haven’t already- go back to really researching the information now available on food sources and others peoples experiences on different diets or systems. There are several movies both scientific and also entertaining netflix, Prime and other movies about our food. Not all is…

Personally, I think chocolate recipes have changed in the past several years. They don’t really melt in your mouth anymore. It’s more like this waxy substance with chocolate flavor.

8 You can get a killer workout in with even just a corner of deeper water. Treading water is half my workout. You go arms forward and back, up and downstroke for a minute at a time. Also switching up legs from small kicks to treading kicks changing the strong leg every minute to running both very slow using water…

I know it’s inconvenient but especially in bigger races the no pack rules are for everyones safety. Just means there’s opportunity for someone on this thread to make their millions developing mini-pockets or something to hold medical gear!

Welcome to new people! Believe me, here we all understand how seemingly small things are major accomplishments, especially at the beginning  Great work to those people working the challenge! @tryin08 - it’s funny but tangible things like wanting to move that silly marble can be as motivating as wanting to…

I know this will sound awful after all the yummy sugar treats you all are talking about but after working out there is nothing better than a Kale freezy shake. Kale/ Tomato/ apple/ celery /grapes/ cucumber. Blended then frozen into slushy or if too solid, thawed slightly with fav tea. You can feel your body soaking in the…

Yes juicing rocks! I have moved from (took back) a centrifical juicer to an masticating Omega Vert which is upright and gets more juice out of most products juiced. Also, it can re-juice pulp at least once which I love the little bit of extra pulp adding body to my juices. There are a couple of even better models now. The…

I want to encourage everyone to take advantage of the really well done and interesting food movies available on Netflix and Amazon Prome as well as medical doctors Dr Berg and Dr Jason Jung on youtube. (Other formats like hulu, etc probably too) Dr Berg teaches from his medical text books making them understandable for the…

On the styles, agreed on wanting full coverage in smaller sizes! The ‘new’ to big losers look, however, is intended to be layered and worn with a lingerie type under garmet. I’m not into showing off this way but it’s in response to the very pretty and sometimes expensive corsets and bustiers that some women think it a…
